If you’re trying to figure out what to do for dinner, Ree Drummond has just the recipe. Here are three delicious recipes from The Pioneer Woman to try tonight.
Skillet of spaghetti and meatballs
A favorite recipe for spaghetti and meatballs in the Drummond house is the pan-fried spaghetti and meatballs. Drummond describes it as a “delicious classic”. For this recipe, some of the ingredients you will need are ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and cream. Ladd Drummond is a huge fan of this recipe.
“That’s Ladd’s idea of the perfect meal,” Drummond says on his show. “He loves pasta, loves Italian food, loves cheese, and that’s why I love Ladd. We have a lot in common when it comes to the things we love to eat. You can find all the ingredients and the recipe here.
Mashed Potatoes with Cauliflower
If you’re looking for a tasty way to cut down on carbs, Drummond’s recipe for mashed cauliflower will do the trick. She says her cauliflower mashed potato recipe lets you make cauliflower in a way that “looks so much like mashed potatoes you won’t even know you’re eating veggies.” . Drummond begins by melting butter in a saucepan. Then she adds diced onions, garlic and rosemary.
She breaks a head of cauliflower into large pieces and places them in the pan. She then adds salt, pepper and heavy cream. After cooking the mixture for five minutes, drummond the mixture with an immersion blender and add parsley for the garnish. You can find the instructions and the ingredients here. Corned beef mince
Drummond says corned beef hash is easy to make because it can be made in just one pan. “Typically, corned beef hash is made from a mixture of cooked corned beef, diced potatoes, onions, and peppers,” Drummond explains on his website. She tells home cooks that any type of potato will work for this recipe.
The Accidental Country Girl explains that hash is “basically a dish of potatoes in a pan, where the potato is a kind of filling.” She says corned beef is brisket that’s been salted. “It’s so salty and so tasty,” she says on her show.
Drummond uses a sweet potato and a red potato to prepare this meal. She describes it as a “super delicious breakfast dish.” She starts by roasting the red and sweet potatoes, making sure to peel and cut them into small pieces before placing them on a baking sheet. She then sprinkles with olive oil and sprinkles salt and pepper on it. Drummond cooks the corned beef mince at 425 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, Drummond cooks chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil. At the same time, she begins to cook fried eggs. After the eggs and main course are cooked, she places the eggs on top. You can get the full recipe and instructions here.
