COYA Dubai welcomes the month of Ramadan by elevating its immersive Peruvian dining experience to even greater heights. The glamorous hotspot pulled out all the stops to create a memorable and uplifting Ramadan foodie journey like no other.
Available every evening throughout the holy month, guests are invited to conclude their day with an elegant range of light Latin American dishes, served in the eclectic and artsy ambience of the award-winning restaurant.
Served from sunset until 7:30 p.m., diners are free to relax and socialize as they savor a selection of Peru’s most fabulous traditional dishes and COYA’s famous signature recipes.
After breaking the fast with sukkari dates, the evening begins with a serving of COYA’s legendary creamy guacamole, prepared in style right at each table. Guests are then invited to choose between the uplifting quinoa chunk soup, or the rich and creamy camote soup, before being presented with a tantalizing array of wonderfully spiced and savory entrees. This includes wild mushroom ceviche, chicken anticuchos, colorful maki rolls and wagyu short rib bao buns.
Meanwhile, main courses feature some of the restaurant’s most popular and universally adored palate delights. Meat eaters will appreciate the beef rib costillas and corn-fed chicken with aji panca and cilantro, while those who love seafood will delight in the salmon with sautéed quinoa, soy and vegetables, as well as the iconic arroz nikkei iron pot, with fresh sea bass, rice, lime and chilli. Vegetarians will also be treated to a healthy and satisfying plate of quinoa, pearl barley, sprouted broccoli, cancha and cilantro, while a beautiful side dish of hearty patatas bravas perfectly accompanies every dish.
Finally, the delightful evening ends with a decadent serving of COYA’s special Ramadan dessert, the chuoux of dates.
