Located on Level 13, Amaya Food Gallery has launched a new lunch menu featuring a special four-course lunch menu.
The price of the Quick Business Lunch is BDT 1,250 NET, which will include all VAT and service charges, a press release reads.
The restaurant is traditionally known for its artisanal Asian signatures, but this new menu is sure to make a lasting impression on customers. The new set menu ranges from Asian dishes and a four-course menu to entrees in which fresh, all-natural ingredients take center stage.
The new menu offers a variety of Asian dishes and it has changed with the season to ensure the restaurant can enjoy the freshest food. Kung Pao chicken is one of the many dishes on the menu. Chicken lovers can also order half a spit-roasted chicken with pita bread. Paneer makhani with naan bread and steamed fish with lime chili and ginger are also options. These are all the main dishes on the lunch menu.
Beet carpaccio, som tum salad, red cabbage and pineapple salad, and wakame salad are all delicious salad options.
The most frequently served entrée at mealtimes is soup. Corn roe drop, tomato shorba, yammy tom yum gai and cream of mushroom soup are all served at Amaya Food Gallery.
Desserts are one of the other additions to the lunch menu. Fruit salad, Patishapta Pitha, ice cream and chocolate brownies.
Amaya Food Gallery won the 2021 World Luxury Restaurant awards in the culinary segment. Chef Monir has always been part of the team on their journey to achieve this tremendous culinary feat. In the words of Christopher Baker, General Manager of Amari Dhaka, the restaurant is “a place to dine when you want high-end cuisine without the pressure of eating to match”.

Reservations must be made at the restaurant, which emphasizes a casual, upscale dining experience.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 130 people inside and 20 people outside.
