He said he’s expanded his menu to include Tex-Mex dishes, chicken fried steaks, and rib specialties.

“Our customers know what to expect. We don’t change the prices a lot, but if we do, we tell people why. Business is good. We have loyal customers who come twice a week,” said Vinnykov. “I never look too far, but I wish it would turn around early next year. There will be a lot of demand by then. Restaurants are busy during the holidays.”
