What better way to start your day than with a cup of coffee containing chocolate? Spend time alone enjoying delicious coffee drinks with chocolate as the base. Girish Chandra, Beverage Training Manager, Lavazza India, shares some delicious recipes to bring back your fondest chocolate childhood memories!

CELESTIAL MOCHA SHAKE

Category: Cold Drink

Your favorite vanilla shake with chocolate and fresh espresso

Service: 360 ml Pilsner glass or Linz glass

Ingredients

* Milk (100ml)

* Espresso (1 dose — 30 ml)

* Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops (200 ml)

* HCF — Chocolate Syrup (30ml)

* 80gms ice cubes (about 5 to 6 cubes)

Method

* Blend milk and vanilla ice cream in a Hamilton blender for 30-40 seconds until smooth

* Take a pilsner glass, ice the glass with HCF, add ice cubes and pour the mixture into the glass

* Pour the espresso on top of the mixture

COFFEE BLAST BLACK FOREST

Category: Cold Drink

Your favorite cold coffee Dessert with cream

Service: 360 ml Pilsner glass or Linz glass

Ingredients

* Milk (100ml)

* Espresso (1 dose — 30 ml)

* Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops (200 ml)

* HCF — Chocolate Syrup (20ml)

* Ice cubes (40gms) (about 3-4 cubes)

* Whipped cream (1 shot – 30gms)

* Chocolate chip muffin (1 muffin — 80 g)

* Monin Irish Syrup (15ml)

Method

* Blend milk, espresso, ice cubes and vanilla ice cream in the Hamilton blender for 20 seconds. Then add half a portion of muffin, Irish flavor and mix for about 10 to 15 seconds

* Take a pilsner glass, at the bottom of the glass pour HCF roll the glass to spread HCF, pour the mixture into the glass, add a shot of whipped cream, take another half portion of muffin cut into two pieces keep on top whipped cream.

* Garnish with a drop of Irish syrup and sprinkle with muffin pieces

Serving Ware: 360ml Pilsner glass or Linz glass Ingredients:

Ingredients

* Milk (100ml)

* Espresso (1 dose — 30 ml)

* Vanilla ice cream (3 scoops — 300 ml)

*HCF — Chocolate Syrup (20ml)

* Whipped cream (1 shot – 30 g)

* Chocolate chips to garnish

Method

* Blend milk, espresso and 2 vanilla ice creams in a Hamilton or Blendtec blender for 30-40 seconds until smooth

* Take a pilsner glass, ice the glass with HCF pour the mixture into it. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the mixture

* Put 1 dose of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips

HAZELNUT MOCHA

Category: Hot drink

Your favorite hot coffee with chocolate and hazelnuts

Serving Ware: 240 ml Kenyan teacup

Ingredients

* Milk (140ml)

* Espresso (1 shot (30ml)

* HCF — Chocolate Syrup (30ml)

* Hazelnut aroma (20ml)

Method

Take a fresh shot of espresso in a Kenyan tea cup, put some HCF in it, froth the milk pour over the top of the espresso and add some nutty flavor
