HENDERSON — Emerald Island Casino’s restaurant, Emerald Island Grille, has expanded its menu to provide more options for its customers. Just in time for summer, the 24/7 restaurant has added breakfast specials, Sunday Brunch, Steak House Saturdays, Slow Smoked BBQ Wednesday Nights as well as late night and early morning specials.
“As the Water Street District continues to experience a boom in business, we wanted to ensure that new and existing visitors to our downtown had more options for dining, especially during off-peak hours,” said Tim Brooks, co-owner and general manager of Emerald Isle Casino.
Late night and early morning specials run from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and include fresh avocado scrambles, chili verde burrito, chicken tenders and waffles, beef brisket taco basket slow-smoked, pulled-pork nachos and homemade lasagna with garlic bread; all of these items offered for $7.99.
If you find yourself at Emerald Island Grille after 7:00 a.m. and before 11:00 a.m., you can also enjoy breakfast specialties including hot links and slow-smoked eggs, Emerald Island breakfast skillet, and California omelet; all of these offered for $8.99 or less. Additionally, on Sundays between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., guests will have brunch options including a breakfast skillet of prime rib ground beef, a Béarnaise filet mignon benedict, and a filet mignon French roll sandwich; each option for less than $10 each.
On Wednesday evenings, between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., guests can enjoy slow-smoked meats from our championship “Ole Hickory” smokehouse using apple and cherry woods. On Steak House Saturdays, the Emerald Island Grille offers three-course dinner entrees awe-inspiring charcoal-grilled steaks and fresh seafood with a choice of soup of the day or salad. Dinner also includes freshly sautéed vegetables, a choice of potatoes and dessert.
