For the first time in Salt & StrawAfter ten years of serving up amazing flavors, the Thanksgiving menu is completely new! Ice cream with caramelized turkey and cranberry sauce? !! Starting November 1, these five entirely new flavors will be available in local stores, for local delivery, as well as national shipping.

Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream

What’s a holiday feast without a basket full of warm, chewy buns? These butter buns are glazed with a generous layer of freshly churned buttercream and topped with flaky sea salt. As the spongy buns soak in, we gently turn them into a sweet and savory cream, making this simple side the most coveted. As classic as it gets. Contains milk, wheat, eggs, soy.

Cheesecake with candied nuts

Every cheesecake that deserves its place on the dessert table is made up of two deceptively simple main parts: a silky, smooth cake and a lightly toasted crust. We lean on the comforts of the season with layers of rich cheesecake, bringing in warm notes of caramel and molasses. A graham cracker crumble with nut butter from our friends at Spread the Love plays on those caramelized notes, ensuring that every scoop delivers an absolutely divine nutty bite. Sweet Potato Pie with Baked Almond Streusel

Filling homes with heartwarming, nostalgic spices, sweet potato pies are rooted in rustic Americana. In our opinion, it’s almost like taking the filling straight from the pie and creaming it. We roast the sweet potatoes slowly and slowly, letting them caramelize lightly to release that amazing black syrupy goodness. Next, we add golden pieces of almond streusel croissant which are baked and then baked again, for the most deliciously buttery and flaky bites. Contains milk, wheat, eggs, nuts (almonds), soy.

Here, we roast the turkey bacon from our friends at Diestel Farms to crispy perfection before sliding it into a tasty buttery crunch with thyme and freshly ground cubeb pepper. The bacon imparts a deliciously smoky and salty flavor that meets our homemade cranberry sauce – sweet and jammy, with a nice acidity to cut the sides of the savory. Contains milk, nuts (coconut).

Vegan? Yes. Basic? Never. We get the silkiest and creamiest pumpkin pie ice cream using an ultra-creamy coconut, then we crumble into a sweet crust, complete with a delicious crunch from our cookie. ginger with molasses.
