Interiors of Raise The Bar
During the last years, Hyderabad has seen an increase in the number of lounge bars and nightclubs. If you’re a fan of craft drinks, head to the latest addition – Raise The Bar – a welcome addition to the nightlife scene. Spread over three floors, the club has indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating. With plenty of space and great music, we’ve found the 230 seats to be the perfect setting for DJ nights.
On our recent visit to the outlet, we started with the short menu. We tasted their cheese and spinach cigar rolls, served with a sweet chilli dip, the wrapper was crispy and the stuffing was soft and full of flavor. Next we tried the beetroot Galuti Kebab. This crowd favorite is a great option for vegetarians.
We also tried the Louisiana grilled fish. The pieces of fish fillet were tender and subtly flavored. But if you prefer something spicy, ask for their Chicken Malay Satay and Caribbean Jerk Chicken. The chef also recommended the Calamari Rings – fried calamari rings, topped with a spice mix and served with sour cream.
For the main course, we chose the real Italian pizza. The wood fired pizza came with toppings such as broccoli, olives, peppers and arugula. Loaded with mozzarella cheese, the pizza is a must. We also tasted the whole Penne Alfredo. The freshness of the white sauce and grilled chicken kept us coming back for more.
For desserts, nothing could have been better than their Baileys cheesecake. Decadent and moist, the cake generously drizzled with Baileys liqueur was delicious. After this elaborate meal, we can’t wait to visit the lounge again and plan to try their burgers and burrito bowls next.
