BARBERTON, Ohio – Ignite Brewing Co. adds a full kitchen to its Barberton craft brewery.
The kitchen will be operational from Wednesday 18 May. The brewery is associated with Artisanal dishes for the menu.
Menu offerings are presented as modern dishes that capture Ignite’s house flavors.
Appetizers include a hummus platter, Nashville hot tots, and Bavarian soft pretzels. Brewery beef cast iron, Al sausage sliders and Thai salad are among the main dishes. Bowls and sides, a children’s menu and desserts are also available.
Adding a kitchen to a brewery with a tasting room is key to helping attract craft beer drinkers who participate in various passport programs and visit breweries. Ignite is part of the Summit Brew Path and Ohio on Tap programs.
Over its five years of existence, Ignite has grown in many ways, including having a large patio.
It is located at 600 W. Tuscarawas Ave., Barberton.
