  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 box of puff pastry cookies
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • dill pickle slices, halved
  • 1 egg, beaten

Heat the oven to 375 F.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is cooked through and onions are tender. Drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.

Separate cookie dough. On an ungreased baking sheet, flatten cookie dough into 6-inch rounds. Spoon the beef mixture onto one side of the flattened dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with half of the dill pickle. Fold the dough over the filling. With the tines of a fork, press the edges of the dough to seal. Cut two slits in the top of the dough to release the steam. Repeat with remaining dough, beef mixture, cheese and pickles.

Brush each turnover with egg wash.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
  • 6 graham crackers, coarsely crumbled, divided

Preheat oven or grill to 350 F.

Place a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan simmering with water. Add butter, 1/4 cup chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate; to melt. Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture and stir until well blended. Stir in flour mixture. Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini marshmallows and three graham crackers to batter.

Pour the mixture into an 8 inch skillet. Top with remaining mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers. Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from grill. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
