The Bistro, located at the five-star Radisson Blu Resort St Julian’s, has launched a new fall menu.
Rooted in a passion for classic cuisine infused with contemporary and international touches, Executive Chef Kevin Arpa and his kitchen team have crafted a variety of dishes that encapsulate the aromas, colors and tastes of the harvest season.
“We always like to surprise our diners with creative and surprising yet utterly comforting cuisine,” Arpa said.
“This year, we continued to experiment with a variety of seasonal ingredients, such as pumpkin, mushrooms and truffles, to offer mouth-watering twists on familiar favourites. One of my favorites is Pumpkin Ravioli, where we’ve combined the earthy sweetness of squash in homemade pasta packets with creamy herb sauce and Parma ham toppings. Through each dish, we hope our guests will experience the quality of our ingredients and our love for the art of cooking.
Main courses offer an array of mouth-watering dishes from warming pasta and soups to gourmet burgers, fresh seafood and beautifully cooked meat and poultry dishes.

In the spotlight, a tender salmon fillet in a crust of lemon juice, crushed herbs and mashed cauliflower and capers; a Marseille-inspired bouillabaisse made from the freshest local catch; and duck leg confit infused with coriander vegetables and a final drizzle of zesty orange juice.
“We are also delighted to introduce a new concept for our Sunday dinners. Knowing how much our guests love roast meats, we offer you a delicious ember-grilled prime rib accompanied by delicately roasted vegetables. This makes for a fantastic Sunday roast dish to share between two. Our excellent service team can even recommend several stellar vintages from our well-stocked wine cellar that will really highlight and enhance the flavors of this exquisite dish,” added Arpa.
The dessert selection features apples and almonds pancake, ricotta di pecora cake, and a silky smoothness gianduja and Baileys half freddo.
