There are few desserts that can go down better on a hot summer day than a McFlurry from McDonald’s. Fans who agree will be pleased to know that the fast-food chain has just released a savory and sweet addition to the lineup of flavors to choose from.

New McFlurry Chocolate Pretzel features a creamy vanilla soft serve with caramel swirls and mixed chocolate pretzel bites. For those who can’t get enough of the layered flavor combination of sweet and savory, this may be the ultimate McFlurry. But you should hurry to try it because it won’t be available for long – it’s only a limited time release.

McDonald’s

The Chocolatey Pretzel McFlurry comes in two sizes, regular and snack. Although prices may vary, the regular McFlurry is $3.29 and the snack size is $2.59 at most locations. Currently, the new McFlurry flavor is available at select McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.

This isn’t the first time the Chocolatey Bretzel McFlurry has been on the menu.. As of August 2021, the McFlurry was available in select areas of Southern California for a limited time, possibly to test the market before a nationwide rollout. At the time, fast food review on YouTube Take a look at THIS! gave it a favorable rating of 8 out of 10, saying “the ice cream is awesome with the salty taste of the pretzels, really a nice situation.”

McDonald’s also recently brought back the Glazed Pull Apart Donut at its McCafe Bakery Range. The pastry, which can be eaten as a single donut or separated to make seven individual donut holes to share, debuted as part of a fall menu update last year.
