National Nacho Day: Enjoy Your Weekend With These Tasty Nacho Recipes

Nachos always satisfy, whether you’re hosting a game day party or just want a hearty home-cooked meal. They’re cheesy, crunchy, and the perfect base for all your favorite toppings. The best part is that they can be dressed up for breakfast or dessert just as easily as you can create the traditional shape. Although delicious, nachos are also healthy because they contain fresh vegetables and beans, which provide a good amount of dietary fiber. A high-fiber diet is beneficial for cardiovascular health, weight loss, blood sugar control, constipation prevention, and gastrointestinal health. Here are some tasty, cheesy nacho recipes that will make your weekend happier. (Also read: Cinco de Mayo: looking at the Mexican and Indian connection through the lens of food )

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon of sour cream

1 tablespoon of salsa
