New search finds most popular Christmas recipes on TikTok

As Christmas approaches, many will take to social media for some exciting new recipes for holiday gatherings. One of the main resources for finding trending recipes in recent years is TikTok, which now has over a billion users worldwide.

Jack and Beyond Christmas Cakes, an award-winning online bakery in Fulham, London, recently looked to find the most popular Christmas recipes for 2021 using TikTok, where Christmas recipe hashtags have over 135 million. of views.

Jack and Beyond put together a list of recipe seeds from articles found on Google using Christmas-themed food and drink search terms, then crossed over each recipe that was planned to be on the list. of seeds with TikTok to see if there was enough data to collect a number of views. He researched TikTok for the total number of views using the hashtags associated with each recipe, and each recipe was ranked based on taste to find the most popular food and drink trends according to TikTok.
