Living Room, the Italian dining destination with exotic marina views on the 31st floor of Park Hyatt Busan, presents a new menu of authentic Italian cuisine, perfect to experience with family, couples and friends in the heart of Marine City, from of September 22.

Transformed under the new leadership of Italian Executive Chef Vincenzo Carbone, The Living Room’s revolutionized menu features a range of dishes prepared from authentic Italian ingredients, offering diners a new and exciting Italian dining experience.

The antipasto selection includes ten options including Bruschetta prepared with fresh cherry tomatoes; Tonnato, made with traditionally roasted grain-fed Italian beef sirloin; and a variety of other offerings created from Italian classics such as Parma ham, burrata and cheeses imported directly from Italy. Highlights, designed to be shared between two diners, include Living Room Antipasto Misto, Vincenzo’s special selection of appetizers, and Misto di Salumi Artigianali, a charcuterie and pickle dish.

New to the soup menu is the classic Minestrone di Verdura, a popular Italian entrée made with fresh seasonal vegetables and basil pesto. All-time favorite pasta dishes include Gnocchi di Patate, traditional-style handmade gnocchi with a sweet fondue sauce and black truffle; Risotto con Salsiccia, with Italian fennel sausage; and Maccheroncini Alla Carbonara, made with guanciale, an Italian charcuterie, and pecorino cheese.

The meat and fish selection includes six dishes including Dentice Al Forno, an oven-roasted whole red snapper for two served with lemon, tomato and lemongrass; Tagliata Di Manzo Con Rucola, combining striploin, the premium cut celebrated for its unrivaled beef aromas, with Grana Padano; and Cotoletta Alla Milanese, a traditional dish of Milanese Lombard cuisine, made with breaded Iberian pork cutlet. The pizza selection includes pizzas inspired by the classic blend of rich flavors of tomato sauce and cheese that define Italy’s signature dish, as well as pizzas without tomato sauce.

Finally, the dessert menu offers a variety of irresistible dishes, including Lava Cake and classic Chocolate Profiteroles, made with rich, indulgent dark chocolate; the melt-in-the-mouth Zupetta Napolitana; and the classic Italian dessert Tiramisu.

The new menu in the Living Room, located on the 31st floor of the hotel, is available à la carte or as a lesson for lunch and dinner on weekdays and in the evening on weekends. Lunch on weekdays is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., while dinner on weekdays and weekends is served from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
