Recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth

Ah, the mighty Crock-Pot (or your favorite brand of slow cooker). Creator of delicious breakfasts, paleo stews, savory dishes that will last all week and cocktails that will please everyone. Is there something he can’t do?

This list of incredibly simple yet tasty desserts proves the answer is no. From lava cakes and bread pudding to lemon bars and cobblers, these recipes use lots of nutrient-dense ingredients and take less than 20 minutes to prepare. And most are lighter or more nutritious than you might normally eat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

There are a few exceptions, but at first glance you will understand why it was out of the question to exclude them from this list.
