* NEW * Napoleon of Smoked Salmon in Brioche: Napoleon of smoked salmon with layers of smoked salmon, dill mousse and crème fraîche mousse served in brioche – $ 8.50

Honestly, it could have been better. First of all, it doesn’t stay together as the layers just slide over each other when you pick up the sandwich. On the flavor side, it’s good, but we can do a lot better at this price around the holiday season. The bread is hard on the outside and soft on the inside, but still doesn’t make it memorable enough to recommend.

* NEW * Forest turkey, Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Turkey with bacon, mushrooms and onions in a mustard cream sauce served with roasted sweet potatoes – $ 7.25

If you missed Thanksgiving dinner or are just nostalgic for it, this dish is for you.

There is nothing outrageous here, but the turkey is tender and chewy, nicely spiced up by the sauce and accompanying flavors. The sweet potatoes were also well prepared, creating a solid dish to try if you feel like it.
* NEW * White Chocolate, Raspberry Christmas Yule Log: Chocolate Yule Log with chocolate cookie, white chocolate mousse, raspberry cream and chocolate fondant coating – $ 6.25

Rich chocolate versus sweet raspberry cream are the dominant flavors of the dessert. I didn’t like it as much as the last one, but it’s perfectly fine.

The white chocolate mousse makes up for the rest well, but the raspberry and rich chocolate exterior sometimes obscures its flavor.

Frozen hot chocolate martini: vanilla vodka, vodka, chocolate milk and whipped cream – $ 12.50

This martini is gorgeous and is perfect for a festive and stylish Instagram post.

However, the martini is very good at best. It just tastes like iced chocolate milk served in a fancy glass.

We couldn’t taste the vodka in this drink. Even the bottom of the glass was missing the slightest trace of alcohol.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Louis de Camponac – $ 6.50
UK retailer Tesco describes this wine as having a ‘rich and ripe cassis red [aroma] with the freshness of green pepper ”, with a“ smooth structure and silky texture ”.
Sparkling Rosé Traditional Champagne Method: Rosé sparkling wine, Flamingo – $ 12.50

It tasted like a bad, cheap rosé wine, and even then it wasn’t good. We expected the rose to be sweet, but it was incredibly dry. We recommend that you skip this wine.
Cranberry Mimosa: Sparkling wine with orange juice and cranberry syrup – $ 9.75

We enjoy mixed cranberry drinks this time of year, and this mimosa won’t disappoint. It is light and refreshing while capturing the flavors of the season well.
