Williamsburg Rosarito (168 Wythe) is well known to longtime residents and visitors as a summer hotspot for its refreshing raw bar, tacos and open seating during the warmer months. But did you know that when the temperature drops, it turns into a cozy space equipped with a fireplace, hearty dishes and hot cocktails?

Whether you are looking for a venue for an intimate dinner in the evening, coffee and breakfast during the day, or a private event space for small parties, Rosarito does not compromise on the quality experience on which it has built its reputation – delicious seafood, drinks with premium spirits and ingredients and wood-fired pastries with Latin American flavors.

The evening menu features all of Rosarito’s signature seafood dishes, like tempura fish tacos and octopus hot dog, and more. More recently, they’ve added hearty seasonal dishes, including Seafood Stew, which is a mix of mussels, prawns, scallops and cod in a broth of roasted tomatoes. Pair it with a glass of Bramito, a lovely medium-bodied white wine from Umbria, Italy, with woody notes.

The shrimp pizza with a pesto drizzle is a delicious combination of Rosarito’s seafood with their sister restaurant Pizza Shelter, a popular destination for its rustic lounge and wood-fired grills. It goes perfectly with a glass of Castello di Rampolla, a Tuscan white wine blend of three grape varieties (Trebbiano/Chardonay/Sauvignon) which has the consistency of an orange wine.

The seasonal “Flip Magico” is a hot and creamy spiced cocktail that can be a great dessert to end your meal.

The “Flip Magico” cocktail is Rosarito’s remedy for chasing away the cold season blues. This spicy hot drink is made with mezcal Agua Magica and Rhumchata using homemade barley and a whole egg. Served with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top, it’s a delicious creamy substitute for dessert.

Rosarito’s Raw Bar has always been a draw for fresh oysters and dishes like Ceviche Misto, but its dedicated Agave Bar is something of a hidden gem, where Lorenzo Casi, Rosarito’s bar manager and mixologist, has crafted a creative selection of signature cocktails that connects you to the stories, songs and dishes that inspired their creation.

During the day, from 7:00 a.m., Rosarito’s cafe service includes a full breakfast menu, such as avocado toast and scrambled eggs, as well as take-out items such as quiches, freshly baked croissants baked and homemade wood-fired empanadas.
