Alright everyone, it’s time to brainstorm outfit ideas for Thanksgiving. Turkey Day is the hardest holiday for me to dress because, even though I want to look my best, it’s kind of silly to dress up just to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine with my cousins. Also, I’m sure I don’t have to dress up for Turkey Day. StillStart the night off with statement pants and finish it off with slightly unbuttoned post-pie puff pants. These are my fights. Does anyone else experience this??

I don’t care Do plan to look cute. It’s been a long year, and following my technically pointless desire to dress up is considered a practice of optimism. Hey, maybe I’ll have a nice pic to post on IG!

Even though only my close family members can see my look, I still want to make sure it’s cute, so I scoured Zara’s website to see what my options are. I’m definitely leaning towards a dress (no more room for dessert! But is it too long or too short? Fitted or loose? Knit or faux leather? From there, I’ll have to sort out my accessories, can I wear slippers What about the apartments? SeeSlippers? Will people think I’m trying too hard if I accumulate too much chain jewelry?
