The Ivy in Brighton launches new evening menu for winter 2022


A POPULAR restaurant has launched its new set menu, which includes CBD-infused cocktails.

The Ivy In The Lanes, Brighton, is celebrating the start of 2022 with the new winter menu which will be available in the evenings until February 10.

Customers can enjoy two courses for £ 28.95 or three courses for £ 34.95, with classic dishes such as The Ivy cured salmon with black pepper, lemon and black rye bread.

There’s also blackened cod fillet (pictured) which is cooked in a banana leaf with a soy marinade, citrus-pickled fennel, grilled broccoli, chili, and yuzu mayonnaise.

For dessert, customers can order a chocolate bomb, a melting chocolate creation with vanilla ice cream, a honeycomb center and a warm salted butter caramel sauce.

To accompany the new menu, launched Thursday, the restaurant’s new “Stress-free Sipping” drink offering includes a selection of low-alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks infused with “natural CBD adaptogens,” designed to boost mood. , improve relaxation and reduce stress levels.

One of them is the Trip CBD Infused Cooler, starting at £ 5.75, a refreshing alcohol-free sparkling drink with 15mg of premium CBD.

The coolers come in two flavors: Trip Elderflower and Mint CBD Infused Cooler, £ 5.75 and Trip Peach and Ginger CBD Infused Cooler, £ 6.25.

CBD Spritz, priced at £ 8.75, is also available, an alcoholic option using Trip Peach and Ginger CBD, Aperol, and Prosecco for an original version of an Aperol Spritz.
