Bet your love of food on this wine and gourmet pairing experience featuring wine from the Clos Du Val Napa Valley vineyard.

On the menu: Starter (Lyonnaise salad, frisee, poached egg, bacon) accompanied by Clos Du Val Chardonnay. Second course (chicken confit, celeriac puree, Amaranth) served with Clos Du Val Pinot Noir. Third course (Salmon rillettes, crostini, baby watercress) accompanied by Clos Du Val Merlot. Fourth course (osso bucco, white bean cassoulette) with cabernet from Clos Du Val.
