Constellation Culinary Group announce the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami-Dade County will reopen its famous restaurant, BRAVA !, coinciding with the opening night of the Miami City Ballet’s production of George Balanchine’s “The Nutcracker”. The highly anticipated reopening will feature a new menu by Constellation Culinary Group’s team of experts.

BRAVA’s 2,500 square foot dining room! is located on the second floor of the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Arsht Center. The perimeter of the dining room is lined with large-scale photographs of the Arsht Center and two walls covered with white orchids that serve as the restaurant’s main focal points. The dining room is outfitted with black wood tables, plush cerulean chairs, and a warm mustard sofa, creating an inviting setting for pre-show dinners and drinks. Its 1,000 square foot terrace can accommodate 20 people and offers views of downtown Miami.

To relaunch BRAVA !, the Constellation Culinary Group team of experts, made up of food and beverage professionals, created an extensive menu strongly inspired by classic French cuisine.

Entries include Lobster bisque with sherry garnished with chives; the Shrimp cocktail with poached Gulf shrimp, marinated vegetables and cocktail sauce; Filet Mignon Steak Tartare with buttered toast and sweet herbs; Chicken liver parfait with cranberry, thyme and buttered brioche; Grilled Gem Baby Caesar with lemon and black pepper vinaigrette, parmesan, buttered panko, oven-dried tomatoes and black olives; and Beet Carpaccio, a savory combination of mini kale, spinach, nuts, dried cranberries, pears and blue cheese, all topped with a sherry vinaigrette.

For the main course, diners can choose from Risotto Cacio e Pepe with Meyer Lemon, aged Asiago cheese and Italian parsley, plus the option of adding grilled shrimp or roasted maitake mushrooms; Brick Chicken, a tasty combination of roasted fingerling potatoes, parsnip mousse and sautéed spinach topped with thyme juice; Steak and chips served with béarnaise sauce and fries; Pan-seared Atlantic salmon with tomato white butter, asparagus and hookah puree; Coq au vin, a French classic served with braised chicken, baby vegetables, crispy bacon, fingerling potatoes and a white bean stew served with maitake mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and kale topped with basil oil.

For those looking to indulge in something sweet, dessert options include Alaska baked, a fiery combination of strawberry, vanilla and pistachio ice cream, vanilla chiffon, toasted Italian meringue and custard; Floating island, which includes mango meringue, white passion chocolate sauce and fresh berries; Creme brulee with brigadeiro and orange Grand Marnier; raspberry sorbet Mint-flavoured; and homemade Scout cookies, including lemon shortbread, do-si-dos, and coconut macaroons.

During dinner hours you can also order a la carte snacks and sides, including Hot Cheese Gougères, Citrus Rosemary Olives with Marcona Almonds, and Rosemary Parmesan Chips.

At the entrance you can relax at the 5-seat bar, which serves an extensive menu of beer, wine, champagne, specialty coffee drinks and a selection of exclusive cocktails. including the french kiss, a blend of Bombay Sapphire gin, St. Germain, mashed strawberry lemonade and a touch of prosecco; the Refined fashion, served with Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Tahitian Vanilla Syrup, Angostura Bitters, Amaretto and Drunk Black Cherries; and the Cold like a cucumber Margarita, a combination of Cazadores tequila, St. Germain, and lime, pineapple and cucumber juice topped with a Tajin rim.

During the mornings, a brunch menu is offered, including Bagels and Lox with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers; Smoked salmon benedict with latkes, hollandaise and watercress; and mushrooms quiche, served with young heirloom tomatoes. Brunch cocktails are available à la carte, including WELL DONE ! Seasonal Mimosa and Bellini with sparkling crémant, orange and seasonal nectar; WELL DONE ! Bloody mary, a savory blend of Gray Goose vodka, a homemade Bloody Mary blend, vegetables and a shrimp cocktail; and WELL DONE ! Sangria, a white sangria with a touch of Miami – served with a touch of Bacardi rum and tropical fruits.

At the opening on December 16, BRAVA! will provide seating when performances are scheduled at the Ziff Ballet Opera House or the Knight Concert Hall.
