Hyderabad: The rooftop lounge at Hyatt Place Hyderabad in Banjara Hills opens its doors to a whole new high-energy dining experience.
Zing is here to redefine the lounge experience with its avant-garde open-air ambiance and an array of entertainment that will make your evenings tangy and tangy with a world of flavor combinations from different cuisines and special blends. This unique evening destination offers picturesque city views with live music, interactive kitchens, alfresco lounge seating and mixed cocktails.
The kitchen serves a pasture-raised menu that has a lovely blend of local flavor palates and world cuisines offering progressive cuisine where one can simply enjoy finger foods or have a full meal! Chef Sammya Majumder has created an interesting fusion with regional dishes like ‘Nalla Karam Paneer Fry’, ‘Kothimira Kodi Fry’ and more. The menu is in full swing with a wide range of options to choose from – like Bistro Food, Zingy Bites, Around Asia, Indian Flavors, One-bowl meal, Platters, wood-fired pizzas and desserts.
The menu launch party, which was held recently, was graced by many influencers, bloggers and other socialites. The event started with an interesting parade of chefs and other entertainment activities like the Flair bartender show and the pizza making show.
